Miso Nooch is an all-purpose umami seasoning for cooking, baking and flavoring. Sprinkle it on rice, salads, popcorn, eggs, potatoes, avocado toast and vegetables. Furikake, a Japanese word meaning "to sprinkle over", is traditionally an umami herb blend used to season rice and egg dishes. Miso Nooch is simple and magical, like mushroom umami seasoning and spices - it's savory and adds umami flavor to any food dish.
