Our YUHO Organic Shiro Miso Paste is an additive-free miso prepared without added alcohol. The container may expand during distribution due to the ongoing yeast activity and fermentation. We use selected organic rice and soybeans as raw materials, brewed with pure natural mineral water from ArxanShan.

Miso, a popular seasoning in Japan, is rich in nutrients such as iron, calcium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, and niacin. Our products are gluten-free and contain no preservatives, fragrance, or added color. Miso can be used not only as a soup but also as a dish with meat or as a soup base for hot pot.

The production of our organic white miso paste employs Japanese microbial fermentation technology and constant temperature fermentation. The entire process is brewed naturally, without the addition of chemical seasoning. Our shiro miso paste packaging is certified USDA organic, Ecocert Sa, JAS, and Kosher, as our products have been inspected and meet the stringent organic rules and requirements, ensuring high quality.
